Bikram Yoga

Traditional Bikram yoga class of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises practiced in 105 degree heat. This specific sequence is taught at a beginner level and remains unchanged allowing you to become familiar with the postures and connect with your body.

Vinyasa

All levels, beginners welcome! Vinyasa means to link breath with movement. We flow posture together in a heated room. Music is used to inspire the energy and create community.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Pilates combined with high intensity interval training to set your core and glutes on fire while challenging your stamina. The music is loud and the energy high!!

Traditional mat Pilates targeting specific muscle groups to strengthen, tone and bring balance to your body.

Warm Ashtanga
75 minutes
Half Primary Series is a structured sequence with the same postures practiced every class. Through this moving meditation, you will learn to combine breath with movement while strengthening and opening the body. Open to all levels of experience.

Barre
60 minutes
Our 60 minute barre method is a rhythmic and fun fusion of strength training, yoga and pilates. A challenging workout, Barre utilizes the ballet barre as well as other equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands, balls, sliders and blocks. The goal is to fatigue each muscle group, improve endurance and cardiovascular health. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary!
